One of my favorite Breakfast meals to make is this Egg & Potatoes.
I use, Green/Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Potatoes and eggs.
Cooking the cubed Potatoes and veggies first I add a little bit of garlic salt and onion powder, and then after those are all nice and crispy I add the eggs. Sprinkling some shredded pepper jack cheese on top. Its so delicious and easy to make, and with a cup of coffee its perfection.
